How it Works
Heating Oil
At Gerner Energy, we use your past usage stats in conjunction with the average temperature to anticipate when you’re due for your next delivery.
When your tank drops down to around 1/4 full, we automatically dispatch one of our drivers to your home to fill up your tank.
And, we take your heating preference and household size into consideration so we can create the most effective custom delivery schedule for you.
We also offer Budget Billing to our heating oil customers to help spread payments evenly throughout the year instead of winding up with a handful of big bills during the winter.
Propane
We use wireless tank monitors to keep track of your propane levels and usage. When your levels reach 20%-30%, we’ll dispatch one of our trucks to fill your tank back up. Bonus: You’ll have access to your tank levels via a secure mobile app as well.
We also offer a Propane Pre-Buy Program, which lets customers lock in their rates for the year while prices are at their lowest — and we throw in a free tank monitor installation!
