The customer service is phenomenal. I have never had to go through the dreaded recordings of push this button to do this or that. An actual person answers the phone and many times it is the owner. I switched to Gerner because the prior provider was charging almost $1 more a gallon and have been delightfully pleased with everything about them. Once, there was an issue with my boiler and someone was dispatched in a timely manner. I switched and have never looked back after more than 2 years. Superior service, fair pricing and a community-owned company, who could ask for more?
