Can My Monthly Payment Change During the Year?
Gerner will take a look throughout the season at your actual usage versus your projected usage to make sure your account is never too far above or under where it’s supposed to be.
Our goal is make your balance at the end of the season as close to even as possible.
What Happens If I Use More (or Less) Fuel Than Expected?
While we do review accounts and usage throughout the season, sometimes there is a surplus or deficit in accounts. In those cases, either a lump sum payment will be due at the end of the season, or a refund can be issued or a credit applied to your account.
Are There Any Additional Fees or Penalties?
There are no set-up or monthly maintenance fees.
However, you can roll any HVAC service policy plans or tank monitoring fees into your monthly payment.

What Happens If I Move or Sell My Property?
If you move out of our service area during your budget period, we will reconcile your account and refund any funds in your account, or invoice you for any amount owed.
